振动应力场对均相体系中聚合物结晶行为的影响

摘    要:以研究压力振动应力场对均相体系中聚合物结晶行为的影响效果为目的,通过对HDPE、PP材料的振动试样的WAXD、DSC、SEM分析结果进行对比发现,振动应力场促进了均相体系聚合物的结晶,振动试样的结晶度明显提高,结晶晶粒明显细化,晶粒更加细密。

Abstract:To study the effect of pressure vibration-stress field on the crystal behavior of homogeneous polymer, the contrasting tests of the vibration samples of HDPE and PP were made by means of WAXD, DSC and SEM. The results of the tests showed that pressure vibration-stress field stimulated the crystal behavior of the homogeneous polymer, the crystallization of the vibration sample was improved obviously and the crystal grains were fractionated and tightened.
