基于几何特征和约束的轧辊计算机辅助设计

摘    要:介绍了一种先进的轧辊XAD设计系统,该系统以AutoCAD为支撑平台,采用基于轧辊形状特征和几何约束技术的参数化绘图方法,实现了轧辊孔型设计及轧辊零件参数化绘图的一体化。该系统能方便、快捷地完成圆管、方管、矩形管、椭圆管、平椭圆管、鼓形管、双鼓形管等轧辊设计绘图工作。

Abstract:the advanced roller CAD system is introduced. Based on Auto-CAD system, the parameter drawing method according to roller shape character and geometrical binding technology are adopted to realize the systematic of roller pass design and roller accessory parameter drawing. This system can easily and quickly conduct the seven kind roller design drawing of round pipe, square pipe, rectangle pipe, elliptic pipe, plane elliptic pipe, drum shape pipe, double drum shape pipe etc.
