罐道绳在防坠制动时的冲击力学研究

摘    要:研究了建井期间罐道绳兼作防坠绳,在罐笼防坠制动时对罐道绳的冲击力学行为。根据抓捕点下方罐道绳的松紧状态,分别建立了罐道绳张紧时和松弛时的冲击力学模型,并给出了模型求解方法。以实际系统为例,分析制动减速度峰值与坠落速度之间的关系,发现将罐道绳直接用作防坠绳具有一定的局限性,最后给出建议并解决这一局限性。

Abstract:During period of shaft constructing,cage guide ropes are used as anti-falling braking ropes.Impact mechanics of cage-guiding ropes is studied when anti-falling brake of cage occurs.Depending on tension state of cage-guiding ropes below catch point,the impact mechanics models for taut ropes and slack ropes have been established,respectively.And solution methods are also presented.Take a real system as example,the relationship of peak of braking deceleration and falling velocity is simulated.The simulation re...
