掘进机机载钻机机身设计与仿真分析

摘    要:针对防突掘进机机载钻机执行机构的钻探负载变化特性,提出防突掘进机机载钻机的设计功能要求,并确定了钻机机身设计方案。使用三维建模软件及有限元软件,建立钻机的有限元模型,对钻机进行模态分析和稳态动力学响应仿真,以便评定钻机的动态特性是否满足设计要求,样机的试验结果表明钻机设计完全符合各项设计技术指标。
