采煤机摇臂减速箱齿轮传动系统动力学仿真

摘    要:为了分析采煤机摇臂减速箱齿轮动态啮合力及其振动特性,首先运用UG5.0建模软件建立齿轮传动系统三维模型并将其导入ADAMS软件中,在ADAMS环境下建立齿轮传动系统动力学仿真模型,对模型设置接触参数。利用井下实测电流计算出采煤机截5轴齿轮所受截割扭矩并在该环境中加载于截5轴齿轮上,对模型进行动力学仿真并进行结果分析,得出各级齿轮受到的啮合力及其运动状态。
