基于LabVIEW与MATLAB的提升机在线监测与故障诊断系统设计

摘    要:基于LabVIEW与MATLAB混合编程的思想,设计了矿井提升机在线监测与故障诊断系统,综合运用计算机、虚拟仪器、故障诊断等技术,经数据采集及分析、预测报警等实现了提升机在线监测与故障诊断功能。充分利用了LabVIEW与MATLAB的特点,安装简便,界面友好,编程灵活。对现场采集的振动信号进行了小波消噪与奇异性检测测试,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:Design system of state monitoring and fault diagnosis of mine hoist based on idea of hybrid programming between LabVIEW and MATLAB.The system use technologies of computer,virtual instrument,fault diagnosis and so on,the functions of state monitoring and fault diagnosis by data acquisition,signal analysis,forecasting alarm and so on.Fully utilize the convenient installation,friendly interface,flexible programming of LabVIEW and MATLAB.At the same time,test programs of wavelet de-noising and wavelet singulari...
