摘    要:采用ANSYS软件针对自卸车在崎岖不平的路面上行驶时,对副车架在弯扭联合工况下的受力情况进行有限元分析,找出副车架疲劳裂纹产生的原因,并对副车架的结构进行改进与优化。所采用的分析方法对矿山等野外场所的载重车车架结构设计及完善提供了重要的参考依据。

Abstract:It's forces under the joint working conditions in bending and torsion stress are analyzed by finite element analysis soft ware ANSYS.While the truck is running on the bumpy road.the causes of the sub-frames' fatigue crack is identified,and its structure is improved and optimized.This analysis method provides important reference for the structure design and improving of the truck's frame,which working in mining and other wild places.
