| 摘 要： | 面对快速发展的网络技术加快建立具有特色的通信平台,是目前各行业发展的当务之急。在时代发展的前端网络中通信平台的规划与设计是至关重要的。建设一个良好的网络通信平台才能充分发挥网络平台的重要功能。结合网络通信平台的发展需求,同时融合网络的基础,对网络通信平台的规划与设计进行分析阐述。
