基于nRF401矿井温湿度无线监测系统的设计

摘    要:针对我国矿井安全生产状况,提出了一种基于射频芯片nRF401的无线监测系统。该系统由多个现场终端和监测中心组成。现场终端采用温湿度传感器SHT11,以定时方式和随机方式检测矿井内的温湿度,通过nRF401模块完成与监控中心的无线数据通信。实验测试结果表明:系统的温度监测范围为-10~80℃,湿度误差为±3%;能够实现温湿度数据的实时、可靠传输。

Abstract:For the mine safety situation in China,a wireless monitoring system based on the radio frequency chip nRF401was proposed.It was composed of the multi field terminals and the monitoring center.The field terminal used SHT11 in regular and random way to detect temperature and humidity inside the mine,and used nRF401 module to complete wireless data communications with the monitoring center.The experimental testing results show that:the system monitors the temperature range of-10~80℃ and the error humidity of ±3%,and can realize real-time,reliable temperature and humidity data transmission.
