| 摘 要： | 煤与瓦斯突出事故在我国煤矿事故中占有很大的比例。以三元东煤矿煤与瓦斯突出事故为例,分析了当前应急救援中存在的问题,指出煤与瓦斯突出事故的应急救援技术的核心内容,包括编制专项预案、缩短应急响应时间、加强预案的演练等。

| Abstract: | Coal and gas outburst accident occupies a large proportion in coal mine accidents in China.Taking the coal and gas outburst accident in Sanyuandong Coal Mine as an example,the current problems in emergency rescue are analyzed and the important content of the emergency rescue for the coal and gas outburst accident is pointed out,including preparing the special plan,shortening the response time and strengthening the practice of the plan. |
