基于单片机与PC通信的数据采集控制系统设计研究

摘    要:基于单片机与通信的数据采集控制系统,对被控对象经过传感器、电压变换电路、模拟/数字转换芯片以及单片机的连接,实现现场参数向单片机的传递,并且通过继电器驱动被控制对象的运行。而单片机以及PC机之间经过电平转换芯片的连接,实现远程通信。文中设计的系统能够有效地实现被控制对象的多种参数信息的采集,并且将其传递至PC机端,对相应数据进行处理,同时也能够选择通过PC机来远程控制被控制对象。

Abstract:The data acquisition control system based on the single chip microcomputer and computer communications realizes that site parcometers pass to the microcontroller for the controlled object through sensors,voltage transform circuits,analog/digital conversion chip and the connection of the single chip microcomputer,and the controlled object operation is drived through relays.And SCM and PC after level between transition chip connection,thus to realize the remote communication.In this paper,the design system can effectively realize collection of various parameters information for the controlled ebject,and then it is communicated to PC,the corresponding data processing,also can choose to remote control the controlled object through PC.
