煤矿机械液力耦合器中低压铸造技术的应用

摘    要:文章阐述了低压铸造的机械液力耦合器结构特点和铸造工艺,从加工余量、收缩率、拔模斜度、金属型结构、排气方式、表面光洁度六个方面综合分析铸造模具的设计方式,分析低压铸造参数,介绍了这一设备的特点及工作流程。对比该技术在煤矿机械铸件生产中优势和不足,为今后的矿山机械铸件加工提供了技术参考。

Abstract:This paper expounds the low-pressure casting machine hydraulic coupling structure and casting process,the machining allowance,shrinkage rate,draft,metal structure,method of exhaust,surface finish of the six aspects of comprehensive analysis of casting mold design method,analysis of low pressure casting parameters,introduces the characteristics of the equipment and work flow.In contrast to the technology in coal mine machinery castings production advantages and disadvantages,for future mining machinery casting processing and provides technical reference.
