高突煤层深孔预裂松动爆破技术体系及应用研究

摘    要:由于煤体吸附瓦斯能力强,高瓦斯低透气性突出煤层的施工、生产中存在众多安全隐患。在调查现有研究成果和现场实践经验的基础上,提出穿层和顺层深孔预裂松动爆破这一综合增透技术。通过大量现场实际操作,检验了此局部防突措施的效果和可行性。研究表明:通过深孔预裂松动爆破技术体系的实施,煤体中裂缝增多,孔隙率提高,排出了大量的瓦斯,残余瓦斯压力降低,减少了突出的势能,达到了防止突出或降低突出强度的目的。

Abstract:Because the coal has a strong ability of methane adsorption,there are much potential safety hazard in construction and production in high gassy and low permeability outburst seam.On the base of current research achievement and worksite practice experience,this paper suggests a comprehensive antireflection technique of cross and along deep hole loosen pre-split blasting.The application result of this local prevent outburst measure has been checked and testified by much production practice.Research shows that: By the use of the deep hole loosen pre-split blasting system,the coal grew more fissures and porosity also increased.Much methane was drained and gas pressure reduced,then it can achieve the purpose of preventing gas outburst or reducing outburst intensity when potential energy of gas outburst deduce.
