| 摘 要： | 针对CMOS反相器进行了电路级的抗总剂量辐射加固设计,对采用此电路结构反相器的抗总剂量辐射性能,利用电路模拟软件Pspice进行了模拟.模拟结果显示,采用该电路结构的反相器有很好的抗辐射性能.

| Abstract: | A hardened circuit to total irradiation dose(TID) is designed for CMOS inverters.The TID performance of the inverter utilizing this structure is simulated under psipce,and the simulation results show that the hardened-design circuit improves the rad-tolerance of the inverter. |
