激光增材制造高性能钛合金的组织调控与各向异性研究进展

摘    要:激光增材制造技术(Laser Additive Manufacturing, LAM)是一种实现零件精确成形和高性能成性一体化制造的先进技术。首先介绍了两种典型激光增材制造技术的成形原理及其特点;然后重点介绍了西安交通大学在高性能钛合金激光增材制造组织调控和各向异性方面的研究进展:①硼变质对激光增材制造TC4零件的组织调控和各向异性的影响;②硅变质对感应加热辅助激光增材制造TC4微观组织的影响;③超声冲锻对激光增材制造TC4零件的组织调控和各向异性的影响。最后阐述了激光增材制造技术所面临的挑战与任务。
