光压的测量方法现状及发展趋势

摘    要:介绍了光压的概念及应用,按照测量介质由宏观至微观、系统刚度由高到低的次序,选取了具有代表性的扭秤、晶体、薄膜、电容和液体这5种感测介质,分别介绍了这5种感测介质的测量原理及发展现状,分析了每种方法的特色,并提出了目前光压测量面临的问题,结合国际计量发展新动态,分析了光压测量方法的发展趋势。

Abstract:To introduce the concept and application of light pressure, according to the media of measuring light pressure, five respective kinds of sensing media which are torsion scales, crystals, films, capacitors and liquids are selected. On the basis of media from macro to microscopic, the stiffness of system from high to low, the measurement principle and development status of each method are introduced and their characteristics are analyzed. Combined with the recent development in the international measurement, the current problems of light pressure measurement are proposed and the prospects of it have been analyzed.
