摘    要:针对常规旋转弹转速测量中传统的微机电系统(MEMS)陀螺仪在量程和精度上不能同时满足测试要求的问题,提出了一种新的转速测量方法,通过增加一个无刷直流伺服电机控制的稳定平台来隔离弹体的高速旋转;介绍了系统测量原理与结构组成,并完成了系统的软硬件设计;通过高精度飞行仿真转台对弹体转速测量系统进行了有效性验证,试验结果表明,该测量系统可以准确地测量弹体的转速,其误差在1°/s左右,实现了通过高精度小量程陀螺仪测量高转速的目的。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the traditional micro-electro-mechanical system gyroscope can not meet the test requirement of the range and accuracy at the same time, a new speed measurement method is proposed by adding a platform to isolate the high-speed rotation of the missile. The system measurement principle and construction are introduced, and the hardware and software design of the system is completed. The effectiveness of system is validated by high precision flight simulation turntable experiment. The measurement system can accurately measure the rotating speed of the missile, the error is about 1°/s, which realizes the purpose of measuring the high rotational speed by the high precision and small range gyroscope.
