煤矿瓦斯综合利用的契机--清洁发展机制

由于技术、资金和市场的欠缺使得中国煤矿瓦斯利用水平还不是很高。大量的甲烷排放，不仅对全球气候变化造成影响，同时也损失了大量的清洁能源。清洁发展机制(CDM)通过引入发达国家的先进技术和大量资金，能在满足发达国家实现《京都议定书》承诺的同时，给发展中国家带来可持续发展。中国政府已经将煤矿瓦斯的综合利用作为中国CDM发展的重点领域，这势必会给中国煤矿瓦斯资源化利用带来难得的契机。

The Juncture of Coal Bed Methane Comprehensive Utilization-Clean Development Mechanism

The coal bed methane (CBD) utilization level is low due to the lack of technology, fund and market demand. A great amount of methane was emitted into the air, which effect on the global climate and cause also a great loss of clean energy. Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) can promote the sustainable development of the developing countries through brining in advanced technologies and funds from developed countries, as well as to help the developed countries fulfill their commitments in Tokyo Protocol. The comprehensive utilization of CBM has already been taken as one of the prior CDM fields by China government, which provides a valuable juncture to the Chinese CBM utilization as a kind of energy source.
