摘    要:采用约外热成象技术实时检测了惯性摩擦焊接接头感应处理表面温度分布的图象及其随时间的历程。通过对热图的计算机图象处理,获得了在选定感应热处理条件下的某些工艺参数,为感应器结构及感应热处理工艺的优化提供了温度分布方面的依据。

Abstract:In this paper , infrared imaging technique has been applied to measure temperature distribution and its variation with time on the surface of the welded joints during induction heat treatment. After processing the thermovisions with computer, we obtained some technical parameters under the given induction heat treatment condition. Therefore , the results can provide basis for the optmization of inductor's form and heat treatment technique in terms of temperature distribution.
