特殊抽芯结构模具试模过程中对普通注塑机的液压系统和控制电路的改造

摘    要:分析了一套具有复杂抽芯动作的模具的运动特点,此模具在普通注塑机上无法实现动作要求,阐述了对普通注塑机的油路和控制电路的改造过程。当运动部件要求在开、合模的一个行程中既进且退动作时,可以充分利用注塑机中子、公模吹气、母模吹气等的电控系统和液压元件以及外接液压站实现动作要求。

Abstract:The movement characteristic of a mould with complicated core-pulling mechanism was ana- lyzed.The required movement of this mold can not be realized on a regular injection molding machine.
