| 摘 要： | 分析了一套具有复杂抽芯动作的模具的运动特点，此模具在普通注塑机上无法实现动作要求，阐述了对普通注塑机的油路和控制电路的改造过程。当运动部件要求在开、合模的一个行程中既进且退动作时，可以充分利用注塑机中子、公模吹气、母模吹气等的电控系统和液压元件以及外接液压站实现动作要求。
