ZA-27合金替代锡青铜制造纺锭锭底的研究

摘    要:将冷挤压成型工艺应用于ZA-27合金中,进行了ZA-27合金替代牌号为QSn6.5-0.1锡青铜制造纺锭锭底的研究。结果表明,经扩散退火处理的ZA-27铸造合金适用于冷挤压成型方法,经强化处理的ZA-27合金,其摩擦磨损性能比QSn6.5-0.1锡青铜提高5倍以上。扩展了ZA-27合金的成型方法,拓宽了ZA-27合金在工业中的应用领域

Abstract:Cold extrusion processing is first applied in the ZA-27 alloy, and the study of the spindle base made of ZA-27 alloy instead of Qsn6.5-0.1 tin bronze is made. The result of the investgation shows that ZA-27 alloy annealed is suited for cold extrusion processing method. The antifriction and wear property of ZA-27 alloy strengthened by heat treatment is 5 times more than that of Qsn6.5-0.1 tin bronze. The new processing method of this alloy is advanced, and the application field in industry is widened.
