摘    要:文章介绍了某种燃机的煤气压缩机叶片使用工况,研究了煤压机叶片涂层的制备方案.确定在叶片的叶身表面制备DF-1涂层,在叶柄表面制备Ni—P涂层。研究了涂层的生产制作工艺流程、质量控制要点和涂层的性能.发现叶身表面DF-1涂层具有耐腐蚀性能优异,结合力高,表面光滑等特点;叶柄表面Ni—P涂层具有优异的耐蚀性和耐磨性。最后此种涂层成功应用于新旧燃机机组的压缩机叶片表面防腐生产.

Abstract:This paper introduced the working condition of the compressor blade which belonged to the gas turbine, researched the preparation method of the blade coating, and finally determined that the DF-1 coating was made on the surface of the blade body, and the Ni-P coating was made on the surface of petiole. The coating production process, the quality contrnl point and the performance of the coating were studied. It was found that the DF-I coating had excellent corrosion resistance, high bonding strength, smooth surface, and the Ni-P coating of petiole surface had excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. Now these coatings had been used successfully on the compressor blade of the gas turbine unit.
