高压旋喷桩在超深地下连续墙槽壁两侧加固中的应用

摘    要:通过对苏州站地铁2#、4#线地下连续墙槽壁坍塌事故的分析,介绍了高压旋喷桩在超深地下连续墙槽壁两侧加固方案的选择及加固的机理,并详细阐述了高压旋喷桩的施工方法和控制要点以及加强技术措施,通过对坍塌槽段加固效果的开挖和施工检测以及超声波检测,有效地避免地下连续墙成槽施工时地面以下20 m范围内再次发生坍塌现象,槽壁稳定性良好,达到了预期效果,表明了高压旋喷桩法对类似复杂土壤条件的加固处理有明显的效果,为避免类似事故的发生提供了借鉴。

Abstract:The Suzhou Railway Station subway line 2^#,4^# underground continuous diaphragm wall collapse accident analysis,introduces the strengthening scheme selection and reinforcement principle,and expounds construction method and related technical measures of high-pressure jet grouting pile,the collapsed groove section reinforcement effect detection,showed that the high-pressure jet grouting pile method for the similar complex soil reinforcement treatment had obvious effect,in order to avoid the occurrence of similar accidents from.
