摘    要:某斜张拉钢-混凝土组合梁桥,在运行过程中出现了橡胶支座磨损、滑板脱空和钢构件腐蚀等支座病害,需进行支座更换和维护。针对上述情况,本文首先建立了全桥有限元模型,通过顶升工况下计算分析,确定了各支座处顶升力和控制顶升位移;其次,制定了专门的施工监控方案,对应力、位移和斜拉索力进行监控;然后,采用了转角大、耐摩性强的新型球形钢支座替代原盆式橡胶支座;最后在施工过程中,采用了PLC多点同步顶升设备,并进行摩擦副设计以减少施工过程中对原桥梁的影响。

Bearers replaced key technology of double cable planes and cable-stayed bridge with steel-concrete composite structure

Abstract:The bridge is steel-concrete composite beam of cable-stayed bridge. Rubber support wearing slide disengaging and steel members corrosion is revealed in the course of using. Consequently,it is necessary to replace bridge bearers. According to the situation,the paper build finite element model and determine lift-up force and displacement by calculation analysis. The second,specialized construction monitoring scheme is made and stress displacement and force of stay cable is monitored; and then,spherical bearers with large rotation and high wear resistance has been adopted instead of basin rubber support; the last,PLC equipment and friction pair has been applied in construction.
