某倾斜建筑物的顶升纠倾计算及实施

摘    要:一小别墅发生了严重的不均匀沉降,向西北倾斜,倾斜度为21‰,严重影响建筑物的正常使用。地基土主要压缩层是厚度不等的饱和软黏土,根据地基土情况,采用钢管混凝土后压桩法对地基进行加固。根据建筑物结构特点,确定建筑物上下顶离处标高在室内地坪下500 mm,顶升点36个,最大顶升量为326 mm,最大下沉量16mm。采用墙梁计算模式计算上托换梁,采用分段凿除、分段浇筑方法制作托换梁。采用多点不同步位移顶升法将建筑物纠倾至2‰。

A calculation of jacking rectification of inclined buildings and implementation

Abstract:A small villa appears serious differential settlement,shifted to the Northwest,tilt to 21 per thousand,seriously affecting the normal use of the building. Primary compression of foundation soil layer composes of saturated soft clay of varying thickness. According to soil conditions,steel pipe concrete pile is adopted to reinforce foundation. Based on the structural characteristics of the building,the building is separated at the elevation under the first floor 500 mm. There are 36 jacking points,and maximum lifting distance is 326 mm,the maximum descent 16 mm. Underpinning beam is calculated on a model calculation of wall beam,and is made using subsection cutting and subsection pouring method. The villa is corrected to 2 per thousand by adopting the method of more point different displacement of jacking.
