平面直边包边工艺的有限元分析

摘    要:利用Deform软件,采用弹塑性材料应力一应变关系,对AKDQ板料的翻边和包边成形工艺进行了有限元模拟。分析了成形过程中模具间隙、模具圆角等工艺参数对成形载荷和包边质量等的影响,得到的基本规律与文献报道的实验结果相符,为包边工艺优化提供了基础。

Abstract:The flanging and hemming processes of AKDQ sheet metal were simulated by using the commercial finite element program Deform.And the elastic-plastic material model was used in the simulation.The influences of the technical parameters(such as punch-die clearance,die shoulder radius,etc.) on forming loads and hemming quality were analyzed.The analyzed rules were in good agreement with the experiment results reported in related articles,which could provide references for further study on optimization of hemming...
