凸轮实际轮廓线的设计

摘    要:用图解法设计直动、滚子从动件盘形凸轮机构时,一般利用反转法,先按尖顶从件设计出理论轮廓线,再以理论轮廓线为圆心、以滚子半径为半径画很多的圆,再画包络线得出滚子从动件的实际轮廓线。用减半径法直接设计出盘形凸轮的实际轮廓线,提高了效率与设计精度。

Abstract:Commonly, we use reversal method while designing the straighted-move or roller driven tray-type cam using the method of diagrammatizing. Firstly, design out the pitch curve of the cam according to the tip driven. Secondly, draw many circles taking the pitch curve of the cam as the center of the circles and taking the radius of roller as radius of the circles. Lastly to draw the contour curve of the cam, use the method of minishing the radius can improve the efficiency and the precision when designing the tray-type cam's factual contourline.
