摘    要:利用非线性有限元法,以ANSYS/LS-DYNA为工具,在不同的锤击位置下对回收钢的破碎过程进行了计算机仿真,通过分析得出以下结论:(1)随着锤击点与铁砧间的距离不断增大,回收钢板被击穿的层数减少、被撕裂面积变小,破碎效果也变得越来越差,即锤击位置是影响破碎效果的重要因素.因此,在设计破碎机时,应充分考虑锤击点与铁砧间的距离;(2)在锤击点到铁砧的距离与破碎锤体积的关系不合理的情况下,锤头与夹持面之间的摩擦使得破碎冲击动能部分耗损,从而破碎效果变差,因此应考虑这种关系的合理性.

Abstract:Using the nonlinear finite element method and taking the ANSYS/LS-DYNA as tools,the computer simulation on the crushing process of recycled steel under different hammering positions was carried out.The following results have been gained throngh analysis that:(1)along with the continuous augment of the distances between hammering point and anvil,the number of plies of the recycled steel plates to be broken down was decreased,the area to be torn was diminished,the crushing effects became worse and worse and thus showed that the hammering position was an important factor that influences the crushing effects.Therefore,while designing the crusher the distances between the hammering point and the anvil should be fully taken into consideration;(2)while under the condition of unreasonable relationship between the distance from hammering point to anvil and the volume of crushing hammer the friction between hammer and clamping surface would make the crushing impact kinetic energy be partially consumed,thus the effect of crushing became worse,therefore the rationality of this kind of relationship should be taken into consideration.
