GFRP筋轻骨料混凝土梁的试验研究

摘    要:目的为彻底解决钢筋混凝土结构中的钢筋锈蚀问题.方法采用4点弯曲的加载方法分别对相同配筋的GFRP筋轻骨料混凝土梁和钢筋轻骨料混凝土梁进行了静力学试验研究.结果得到了钢筋轻骨料混凝土梁和GFRP筋轻骨料混凝土梁的荷载-挠度曲线以及梁承受荷载过程中受压区混凝土最外层纤维和受拉主筋的应变变化.结论钢筋轻骨料混凝土梁正截面强度的计算公式已不适用于GFRP筋轻骨料混凝土梁的正界面强度计算.在相同的荷载作用下,GFRP筋轻骨料混凝土梁的变形比钢筋轻骨料混凝土梁的变形大,同时GFRP筋轻骨料混凝土梁不具有普通钢筋混凝土梁所具有的塑性铰的性质.

Abstract:In order to entirely avoid rusting of reinforcements in concrete structures,this paper presented some experiments about the flexural capability of the GFRP lightweight aggregate concrete beams.Based on the used analysis model about steel lightweight aggregate concrete beams,the results show that the analyzing and designing methods for steel lightweight aggregate concrete structures could not be used in calculation of GFRP lightweight aggregate concrete beams.The deformation of GFRP lightweight aggregate concrete beam is higher than steel lightweight aggregate concrete beam with the same loads.And the GFRP lightweight aggregate concrete beam has no the plastic hinge just as the steel beams.
