十字形钢骨混凝土异形柱轴心受压承载力研究

摘    要:目的设计一种新型实腹式钢骨混凝土异形柱,进一步研究这种新型构件的承载能力,得到钢骨混凝土异形柱轴心受压承载力的计算公式.方法通过对3根十字形钢骨混凝土异形柱和1根钢筋混凝土异形柱的轴心受压承载力的试验研究,对不同含钢骨率及无钢骨构件的承载力进行了对比分析.结果随着含钢骨率的增大,构件的承载力及延性也相应增加;在轴心荷载的作用下,从开始加载到混凝土开裂直至试件达到极限荷载,型钢与混凝土能保持协同工作;提出了十字形钢骨混凝土异形柱轴心受压承载力的计算公式,理论计算值与试验结果吻合较好.结论钢骨混凝土异形柱与普通钢筋混凝土异形柱相比具有更高的承载力和更好的延性.这种新型实腹式钢骨混凝土异形柱可以在工程中推广使用.

Abstract:A new typical solid-web steel reinforced concrete special-shaped column is designed.In order to get the formula about axial pressure bearing capacity of steel reinforced concrete special-shaped column,we research the bearing capacity of the new typical member further deeply.The testing studies are made between axial pressure bearing capacity about 3 steel reinforced concrete specialshaped columns and 1 reinforced concrete special-shaped column.We make comparison between axial pressure bearing capacity between steel reinforced concrete special-shaped column and reinforced concrete special-shaped column,declaring the failure patterns of steel reinforced concrete special-shaped columns.The result of the testing shows that the bearing capacity and ductility of the member increase as the percent of steel increase.Under the axial pressure,steel and reinforced concrete can keep working together from loading and cracking until breaking down.With the testing comparison and theory analysis,the paper produces the formula about axial pressure bearing capacity of steel reinforced concrete special-shaped column.The results of theoretical analysis prove to fit those of the testing.The bearing capacity and ductility of steel reinforced concrete specialshaped column is better than that of reinforced concrete special-shaped column.The new typical solid-web steel reinforced concrete special-shaped column can be used in engineering widely.
