“Y”形双叔胺化合物的合成及其萃取硫酸的效能

设计并合成5个烷基苯系列共16个“Y”形结构的新双叔胺化合物,通过元素分析、红外、核磁共振及质谱证明了其结构.对硫酸的萃取实验结果表明,多数品种比常用萃取剂三辛胺在萃取效能上有较大提高,其中最佳者萃取率和抱酸量分别提高42.1%和26.1%.

Syntheses of

Sixteen new di tertiary amine compounds in five alkylbenzene series with the " Y " shape molecular structure have been designed and synthesized , their structures have been characterized by IR , (JH1,D,Z) NMR , MS and elemental analyses . The results of applied experiments for extracting sulfuric acid indicate that most of these compounds are more efficient than trioctylamine( TOA ), one of the most typical amine extracting agents , where the percentage extraction and acid association capacity of the best one are 42.1 % and 26.1 % higher than that of TOA, respectively.
