| 摘 要： | 南京院自行开发了适合于5000t/d熟料生产线的连续式生料均化库，该均化库的均化分3个部分，即库顶多点下料，库内料层切割，中心仓内搅拌，该均化库应用于铜陵海螺5000t/d熟料生产线，经现场标定，均化效果为8.29。运行实践表明，其均化原理先进，运行可靠，电耗低，均化效果好，具有国际先进水平。

| Abstract: | NCDRI has independently developed continuous raw meal homogenization silo suitable for5000t*/d clinker produc-tion line.The homogenization silo is composed of three processes:multi-point meal feeding on the top?meal layers severing inside and meal mixing in the central chamber.The homo-effect coefficient from spot calibration of5000t*/d production line is8.29.The operation shows that the homogenization silo is of international level with advanced principle?reliable running?lower power consumption and excellent homo-result. |
