试析城市高层建筑防火监督检查重点

The rapid development of China’s modern society lead up to an accelerating urbanization process, then following the rigid contraction between land resources and construction land, resulting in a trend of higher and higher buildings. With the expansion of the high-rise buildings, fire risks are also increasing. In order to eliminate problems in high-rise buildings,the departments of high-rise buildings launched a strict fire supervision and inspection, but there are still some problems. In order to improve the efficiency of fire supervision and inspection, we should carry out targeted according to the differences of buildings, and constantly optimize the inspection and supervision procedures. This paper points out the problem of fire supervision and inspection of high-rise buildings, analyzes the key points in the fire inspection of high-rise buildings, and then puts forward countermeasures, hoping to provide reference for improving the effect of fire supervision and inspection of high-rise buildings in the city.
