为提高基层指挥员高层建筑火灾扑救初战指挥能力，总结分析了高层建筑火灾初战阶段的扑救难点，包括人员疏散困难、控制火势困难、火场供水困难等。从途中指挥、火情侦察、灭火救援指挥决策、组织实施灭火救援等方面，分析了高层建筑火灾扑救初战阶段的指挥任务及方法。

Study on the initial battle command of high-rise building fire fighting

To improve the command ability of grass-root commanders in the initial battle of high-rise building firefighting, the difficulties in the initial battle stage of high-rise building firefighting are summarized and analyzed,including difficulties in evacuating people, difficulties in controlling the fire and difficulties in supplying water to the fire. The command tasks and methods of the initial battle stage of high-rise building firefighting are analyzed from the aspects of en route command, fire reconnaissance, firefighting and rescue command decision, and organization and implementation of firefighting and rescue.
