试论火灾调查中物证损坏原因及防范措施

火灾事故对社会的危害较大，为了第一时间明晰责任，便于相关工作顺利展开，需要积极落实火灾事故调查工作。通过火灾调查来寻找起火原因的证据，而在这个过程中要注重现场勘验、物证提取和保护，因保护不当导致物证损坏，会制约后续火灾调查工作的顺利进行，从而出现火灾事故责任推诿的情况。因此，文章主要就火灾调查工作实际情况进行分析，在剖析物证损坏的基础上，积极制定切实可行的防范措施，为相关工作提供有参考价值的内容。

Damage causes of material evidence in fire investigation and preventive measures

Fire accidents always bring about influences to our society. In order to find out who is the one to blame and push forward missions, fire rescue departments need to start the causes investgation as soon as possible and set down the fire causes. In this proceeding, investigators need to inspect firegrounds, extract and protect evidences. However, any misfeasances in evidence protection may influent the future works in fire causes investigation,even cause buck-passing among all responsible parties. Therefore, this paper makes analysis to practical works, and makes viable plans to solve problems raised by ruined material evidences and provides references for future works.
