摘    要:输水管道水压试验是工程验收的关键,传统的水压试验方法需要对管道注水并配备复杂的充压设备,这给工程验收造成很大不便且费用较高.针对于此,提出依据PCCP管的特点,对水压试验方法进行改进,即仅对管道接头进行严密性试验,该方法快捷、准确、费用较低,在多项工程中的实际应用表明,效果良好,值得推广.

Abstract:Hydraulic pressure tests of water supply pipes are critical in engineering check and acceptance. Traditional hydraulic pressure test requires watering the pipes and complex pressurizing equip ments. It is inconvenient and high cost in the engineering check and acceptance. Therefore, improvements of the hydraulic pressure test are put forward based on the characteristics of the PCCP pipes, i.e. only testing the tightness of the pipe joint. The method is rapid, accurate and low in cost. Several applications to practical engineering show that the method is good in efficiency and worth to generalize the use.
