基于SINAMICS的珩磨机运动控制系统实现

摘    要:基于SINAMICS S120的基本定位功能实现了对珩磨机的精确运动控制。利用西门子STEP7编程软件,构建了主从式PROFIBUS现场总线通讯控制网络。主站PLC和从站驱动器通过DP报文进行通信,实现了对珩磨机的运动控制和状态监测。通过PROFIBUS现场总线技术构建的控制网络,不仅简化了硬件接线,而且提高了系统的稳定性能。

Actualization of Motion Control System of Honing Machine on Basis of Sinamics
Abstract:SINAMICS S120 is Siemens'new type of motion control system, which has excellent position function. This control system has implemented the precise motion control of honing machine, on basis of basic position of SINAMICS S120. PROFIBUS communication and control system have been constructed,using STEP7 software. The master communicates with slaves through DP telegrams to realize the motion controlling and monitoring of honing machine. The PROFIBUS network has better performance;it can not only predigest hardware wiring,but also improve stability and correcting capability of the control system.
