摘    要:傅里叶变换光谱仪现已广泛应用于红外光谱学领域,它也是较为适合对大气温度、湿度、风场以及大气成分进行天基垂直探测的一种遥感仪器。提出了一种基于马赫-曾德干涉仪的傅里叶变换光谱仪。马赫-曾德干涉仪的一组反射镜作匀速直线运动,线性改变两个光学臂之间的光程差,然后平衡探测器对两路干涉信号进行差分检测。通过对光程差线性变化的电信号进行傅里叶变换,可以获得输入光的光谱分布曲线。与迈克尔逊干涉仪相比,马赫-曾德干涉仪在同样光通量输入条件下得到的干涉信号更强,且由非相干强度带来的噪声更小。该结果对于卫星遥感来说十分有利。

Abstract:Fourier transform spectrometers are widely used in the field of infrared spectroscopy. They are also the remote sensing instruments suitable for profiling atmospheric temperature, humidity and wind field and atmospheric composition. A Fourier transform spectrometer based on a Mach-Zehnder interferometer is proposed. A set of reflectors in the Mach-Zehnder interferometer move at a uniform linear velocity to vary the Optical Path Difference (OPD) between double arms linearly. Then, a balanced photo-receiver detects the interference signals from double paths differentially. Through the Fourier transform of the electric signals corresponding to linear optical path difference, the spectral distribution curve of input light can be obtained. Compared with the Michelson interferometer, the interference signals obtained by the Mach-Zehnder interferometer under the same optical flux input condition is stronger and the noise due to non coherence intensity is less. This result is of significance to the space remote sensing.
