| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的护理效果,改善患者的肺功能,提高患者的生存质量。方法随机将80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组实施为期6个月的护理干预,对照组仅在就诊时进行宣教,比较2组患者的肺功能和生活质量。结果观察组护理效果明显好于对照组,如肺功能改善情况和生活质量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可以提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的肺功能和生活质量,促进患者健康。
