| Abstract: | In there years, with the development of welding automation and arc welding robot, the amount of gas shielded wire are over a half of total amount of welding material. The gas shielded wire are leading in welding material. In which, flux core wire are more important. The applied example of flux core wire in internal and overseas shipbuilding industry are analysed. From make up factor of welding automation, from point of view of characteristic of show high quality. high efficiency. low loss and to skill ask of operator is lower, the popularization and application of flux core wire will carry forward our country welding automation technology are demonstrated in this article. |
