摘    要:针对冶金加热炉炉温控制中响应慢、稳态误差大等实际问题,对原有加热炉模糊控制器的结构和控制策略进行了改进,设计出了基于连续型决策表的模糊控制算法和新的模糊PID切换策略。仿真实验和工业应用证明了该方法的有效性,它缩短了被控系统的响应时间,减少了振荡次数,提高了稳态精度。

Abstract:Aimed at slow response and large stable state error problems in temperature control of metallurgical heating furnace, structure and control strategy of heating furnace fuzzy controller were improved. Fuzzy control algorithm based on consecutive decision making table and new fuzzy PID switchover strategy were designed. Simulation experiment and industrial application prove effectivity of the method. Response time of controlled system is shortened,fluctuation times is reduced,and stable state accuracy is improved.
