轴快流CO2激光脱漆的研究

摘    要:采用轴快流CO2激光对金属表面的油漆进行清洗实验,研究了激光功率密度、扫描速度及扫描道间搭接量对脱漆效果的影响。结果表明:脱漆时,激光功率密度存在着起始清洗阈值、完全清洗阈值和基体损伤阈值;增加激光功率,可获得更高的扫描速度和更好的清洗效果;扫描道间搭接量大于40%时,可实现漆板的大面积清洗。选取合适的工艺参数,能完全清除漆板表面的油漆而不损伤基体,并可获得高的清洗效率和好的清洗效果。

Study of Laser Paint Removal with High Speed Axis Flow CO2 Laser
Abstract:Experiments of laser removal paint from metal surfaces with high speed axis flow CO2 laser was carried out, the effects of process parameters such as power density, scanning velocity and overlap between scanning channels on cleaning paint were studied. The results show that there exist initial cleaning threshold, complete cleaning threshold and substrate damage threshold of laser power density for laser beam to remove the paint layer, higher cleaning efficiency and better cleaning effect can be achieved when laser power is higher, larger area paint can be cleaned completely when the overlap between scanning channels is more than 40 percent. Paint can be completely removed with no damage on substrate surface, and higher efficiency and better effect can be achieved with suitable process parameters.
