直接法生产亚硝酸钠、硝酸钠尾气分离器的改造

亚硝酸钠和硝酸钠是两种重要的化工原料，直接法生产两钠的工艺是用纯碱溶液吸收NOx。在尾气排放的过程中，由于气量大，流速快，有部分吸收液被尾气带出，排入大气中，造成损失，使生产成本上升。为了捕集液沫和分离尾气中水分，在吸收塔顶部增加了一个旋流板分离器，在吸收塔外增设气液旋风分流器的二级分离方案，以减少吸收液的损失。改造后，亚硝酸钠和硝酸钠的碱耗分别降低15，12kg／t，生产成本降低，经济效益可观。

Reformation of the tail gas separator of NaNO2/NaNO3 made by direct method

NaNO2 and NaNO3 are two important chemical raw materials. The direct method process of preparing the two products includes sodium carbonate solution absorbing NOx. During the emission of tail gas, partial absorbing alkali solution is brought with the tail gas to the air, not only loses the alkali liquor, but also increases the product cost. In order to trap the liquid foam and separate the water in the tall gas, a whirlwind board separator is installed in the top of the absorbing tower and a gas - liquid cyclone separator is added outside the tower. After reformation of the facility ,the consumptions of NaNO2 and NaNO3 decrease 15,12 kg/t respectively,and also the product cost is lower,the economic benefit is remarkable.
