| 摘 要： | 以海文高速公路为例，介绍了该工程的施工组织与管理体系，从施工准备、施工组织措施、质量管理等方面阐述了该工程路面滑模摊铺的施工管理，并对安全生产管理措施与文明施工管理等进行了论述，以使管理与施工相协调，从而保证了工程质量。

| Abstract: | Taking Haiwen expressway works as example the construction organization and management system ot this work is introduced. From preparation work, organization measures, quality management and other aspects slip-form construction of cement concrete pavement is elaborated. In addition measures for safety production management and civil construction are discussed to ensure engineering quality. |
