航空装备视情维修的动态性研究

摘    要:基于视情维修(condition—based maintenance,CBM)方法的维修系统是复杂的动力学系统,其不同构成要素之间的相互作用导致维修系统的动态变化。针对视情维修方法在新一代航空装备中的应用,以航空装备使用可用度为目标,分析了视情维修系统的反馈控制结构,建立了航空装备视情维修系统动力学模型,仿真试验了健康管理能力对视情维修活动的影响。仿真结果表明,增强装备的故障预测与健康管理能力,可以有效提高航空装备的战备完好性。

Abstract:The maintenance system for condition-based maintenance (CBM) in which the interaction of different element resulting in dynamic change for maintenance system is a complicated dynamics system. The method of condition-based maintenance is pointed to apply in advanced aerospace vehicles. At the goal of availability a feedback structure is analyzed and the system dynamics model is founded for condition-based maintenance. The influence of health manage capability to condition-based maintenance activities is simulated. The results show that reinforcing the prognostic and health manage capability would improve the operational readiness of aerospace vehicles effectively.
