| 摘 要： | 企业科研队伍和科技人才是科技兴油的重要基石。加强企业科研队伍建设必须要注重人文精神的培养，为科研工作营造良好的学术环境，为知识分子实现自身价值搭建创业舞台；要用有效的政策激发科技人员的创造热情，使科技人员的价值追求与企业的发展相契合。

| Abstract: | Enterprise scientific research rank and science and technology personnel are the important base to boost oil through science and technology. In order to strengthen scientific research rank construction in enterprises, the author advocates stressing the cultivation of humanistic spirit to build good academic circumstances for scientific research and to set up a pioneering stage for intellectuals to realize their value. Also he advocates stimulating their creative enthusiasm through effective policy to make their value pursuit in line with their enterprise development. |
