涂层电极在黄金电解中的应用

摘    要:文中介绍了开发研制的一种新型耐腐蚀涂层电极.利用电化学方法对涂层电极的耐腐蚀性、阳极电位、过电位等进行了测试,其显示出优异的性能和超长的寿命.在老柞山金矿的活性炭解吸电解系统中使用涂层电极后,改善了解吸电解系统的工作状态,避免了金属在系统内的沉积和设备腐蚀,提高了电压和电流效率.

Abstract:A novel electrode with corrosion-resistant coating was developed.Its corrosion-resistance,anodic potential,and over-voltage were tested through electrochemical methods,and the electrode showed excellent performance and a super-long life.The working states of Laozuoshan gold mine's desorption-electrolysis system were optimized by using electrodes with coating,in order to prevent the metal from deposition in the system and the equipments from corrosion,and improve voltage efficiency and electric current efficiency.
