摘    要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(JFC)和少量成膜助剂为原料,利用单因素试验和正交试验方法研究了一种新型煤尘抑尘剂的配方,并对其性能进行了测试。试验结果表明,该抑尘剂粘度为19.10 mPa.s,表面张力为37.6 mN/m,喷洒后在较短时间内可在煤炭表面形成一层柔韧、致密的连续高分子微膜,50 d后抑尘率仍可达到95.3%,与洒水抑尘相比,其抑尘效果和抑尘时间都得到大幅提高。该抑尘剂同时具有较好的抗风、抗雨淋性能,特别适宜在煤炭储运过程中使用。

Abstract:A formula of a new type of coal dust depressor is studied by making with Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)、fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(JFC) and a small amount of film additives as raw materials.We apply the single factor test and the orthogonal test to studying the formula,and at the same time,its performance is tested.It turns out that this coal dust depressor viscosity is 19.10 mPa·s,surface tension is 37.6mN/m,and it can form a layer of flexibility,compact and continuous polymer membrane by spraying it on coal surface in shorter time.50 days later,dust suppression rate still can achieve 95.3%.Compared with sprinkling water,this coal dust depressor has long-term efficiency.It also has good performance to resist wind and rain;especially it is suitable for using in coal transportation processes.
