石油产品中硫含量测定方法评价

摘    要:石油产品的硫含量质量指标,是与发动机的腐蚀及环保排放有关的重要项目.测定低含硫产品的准确性,从仲裁试验方法考虑,应评价GB/T 380[1]"燃灯法"同ASTM D4294[2]"X荧光法"两者的一致性.从试验结果分析,高含硫样品,两种试验方法的测定数据均接近;而对低含硫轻质油样品,燃灯法测定数据和X荧光法的高曲线数据均偏高,而X荧光法的低曲线测定硫含量数据较为合理.

Abstract:The quality specification for sulphur contents in petroleum products is an important item related to engine corrosion and environmental emission. As considered from arbitration test, the consistency between Lamp Method GB/T3801 and XRF Method ASTM D4294 should be evaluated for accuracy of low-sulphur product test. As analysed from the test result for high-sulphur samples, the values determined by both methods are close; but, for low-sulphur light oil samples, values determined by Lamp method and values by high curve of XRF are all on the high side, and values determined by low curve of XRF are relatively reasonable.
