六西格玛管理在中国企业中的应用

摘    要:介绍了六西格玛管理是一个以顾客为中心,以数据为基础,用统计分析方法追求企业完美目标的新的管理理念。通过正确识别顾客需求、工作流程再造和倡导管理创新等有力措施提升企业的核心竞争力;通过建立DMAIC业绩改进模型来测量问题、分析原因、改进优化过程和控制效果,使企业在运作能力方面达到最佳境界。明确了中国企业应当重新认识“市场、质量与成本”三者之间的关系,开展全员六西格玛管理知识培训,成立六西格玛管理专家小组,提高人员激励方面的投入,努力争取把中国从制造业大国转变成制造业强国。

Abstract:Being a new concept of management which pursues a perfect enterprise objective by statistic analysis,centering on customers and being based on data,6 Sigma Management tries to improve an enterprise's core competitiveness through strong measures,such as correct recognition of customer's demand,reconstruction of work flow and advocation of management innovation,measuring problems,analyzing reasons,improving optimization process and control effect through the establishment model to make the enterprise perfect in operation.It is clearly identified in this article that China's enterprises should reunderstand the relationship among market,quality and cost,develop 6 Sigma Management training for all the staff,found 6 Sigma Management expert team and increase investment in staff inspiration in order to make China turn from a big country to a strong one in manufacturing.
